Freezable sticky toffee pudding recipe please

Am going away for the weekend and I'm to take the pudding - sticky toffee pudding has been requested and happy to oblige. However, it would help with prep and transportation if I could make ahead and freeze. Anyone got a recipe which you know freezes well please? Thanks,
