I want to make it for my friends 30th, and was wondering if I could adapt it?Would it taste ok?
What do you want it to taste like?Do you want it to be a Bailey's cheesecake?
Add the Baileys (just a few tablespoons) to the cream once you have whipped it before you mix it in with the melted chocolate. That should work.
yy OMDB, a white choc. Baileys cheesecake.Would it work?
x posts, thank you
Should have known Nigella would have one <sigh> Here's her recipe for baked bailey's cheesecake.
here anna, they do a non baked chocolate bailey's cheesecake so it must work!
Oh fab,OMDB, now I have to choose one!
Let me know how it turns out anna!Peronally, I would always go for an unbaked one over a baked one.
