Recipe for yummy apple and cinnamon muffins wanted!

I make these a lot and have just done a batch. Yummy!

Apple and Lemon Muffins

Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
½ cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 apple, peeled and chopped
75g butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
grated zest 1 lemon
cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling

Preheat the oven to 220C
Sift the four, salt, sugar and baking powder. Toss the apple pieces in the flour mix.
Melt the butter, then add milk, eggs and lemon zest. Stir liquid mix in to the four mix until just combined.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin pans and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake for 15 ? 20 mins.
