Hi all, I'm a childminder who's looking for a recipe book that gives me good ideas for nutritious meals I can cook for all the family.

I'm very busy during the day with the kids, so I need recipies that don't require much thought but taste great and are healthy AND MY FUSSY KIDS WILL EAT!!!AAARRRGGGHHH!And also feeds me and dh!
Maybe a long shot, but anyone know of any books?

try the annabell karmell books!

I LOVE them and often cook stuff for adults as well as older kids, just i dont 'mush' it

also 'the dinner lady' a great cook book, and it uses relatively cheep ingrediants and stuff you always have in your cupboard!

Loads of yummy things that i wouldnt other wise think of!

How old are your kids?

I second the Dinner Lady book - and Jamies Dinners too, loads of simple but yummy stuff in there.
