Rick Stein melon salad??

I saw Rick Stein do a salad on a program last week (though can't remember which one).

It contained melon, cucumber, tomatoes, and I think goats cheese.

Did anyone see it?

Yes, I think it was on Saturday kitchen and was a repeat of his French Odyssey series.
