Pasta with anchovies and Kale

I'd ditch the kale and just have pasta with anchovies.

Kale is for small furry animals IMO.

If you must cook with it, boil it for a few minutes then drain. It's a bit chewy.

Boil the kale and eat it seperately, as a first course, with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Serve the anchovy pasta with garlic, olive oil, capers and cherry tomatoes.

And, if you're feeling decadent, fry some breadcrumbs in melted butter until they are crispy and toss through the pasta.

i'm sure it was. i'd have squeezed a bit of lemon and sprinkled some dried chilli as well i think.

yum, sounds gorgeous. i do a similar thing actually but with spinach. i imagine kale is nicer, if you've shredded it well, cos it doesn't wilt.
