Stem ginger in syrupLemon curdPineapple and syrupStewed apple/sultana
Stem ginger sounds yum: would you recomend at the base or mixed in? Is is a grown-up one or will kids eat it?Apple: I often grate an apple into the mixture, thats lovely.
Kids eat it at this house, it's pudding, they eat anything they wouldn't normally if it's in a pudding I chop some ginger through it and then chop rest and put it and the syrup at the bottom of the basin.
Sound loverly - will do that one. Have jar of ginger in fridge already.
