I have no potatoes.Kids tea was barely rescued.Now wondering what to give DH.Have cod already defrosted.Have pasta, packet rice (ie 2 min in the microwave), prawns, plenty of veg and some frozen potato bits.
Rissotto. Easy and you have all the stuff you need!
paella (ish)fish lasagne sounds horrid (sorry)
I found a recipe for fish lasagne and it is in the oven. DH is happy and if it is awful there are chips in the freezer.
What are you training for? Have I missed something?
