One year old on hunger strike

Help! My one year old daughter who has always eaten really well has not eaten a meal for two days. She is also at times constipated but then does an enormous one (one where a bath is the only answer). My main worry is that she is also not drinking (water, juice or milk) and last night when I managed to get an Ella organic pouch down her she just threw it up a couple of hours later. Is there any point taking her to the doctor? She also woke up twice last night (which is really unusual for her) but didn't want any food or drink, just a cuddle. She hasn't been through any changes and I can't think what may have triggered her change in behaviour. Not really sure what to do. Any ideas what I can do?

If you cant get any liquids down her then I would certainly ring your doctor if only for a phone call chat because of the danger of dehydration. Is it two days that she has not drunk anything for or just two days that she has not eaten for?

Do you think she could have a sickness bug?

Maybe a bug. Yesterday she only drank her milk in the morning and drank a little bit of water (only an ounce or two) and today (so far) she has had her milk this morning (7oz) and a little bit of water at lunch. I am concerned about dehydration, so may pop into the Dr when she wakes up from her afternoon nap. Thanks!
