Help messed up my lamb defrosting??

My joint of lamb hadnt defrosted in the fridge overnight ready for me to put in the slow cooker this morning.
I put it in the microwave to finish off the defrost only to discover 7 minutes later that i had got it on high not low.

Please tell me i can still slow cook this???

I would...I've cooked it in the slow cooker straight out of the freezer before now!
