according to this article in the guardian here . was already aware of this and find frozen veg etc a godsend. will be actively looking for more frozen items now!

That is very interesting indeed, will definitely be choosing frozen over other non-fresh foods now - already use frozen peas. I wonder if the the same thing applies to fish.
