I have two lovely plaice and have no interesting ideas

Was by the beach yesterday and bought two lovely freshly-caught whole plaice. And I'm now wondering what to do with them for dinner...

I was just going to bake them and serve with a bit of lemon and butter which is always nice, but I just wondered if anyone has any more interesting ideas. I want to cook them whole so looking more for sauce/accompaniment ideas rather than things involving fillets.

Any ideas?
