slow-roasting pork belly slices

They are about 1 - 1.5cm thick and I want to slow-roast them with hoi-sin... How long at what temp do you think? Have only roasted big joints before.

Thanks reality. Hmm, I might try chilli and fennel seeds then... (prob nicer than hoi sin out of a jar).
