Chicken stock

Usually I make stock from my chicken carcass and then do a soup the same day.

Today I couldn't be arsed so the stock is in the fridge.

How long can I keep it before I poison the whole family?

Sit back and put your feet up. It's ok for about 2-3 days.

I'd say a week is fine.
You can freeze it too.
