I am picking your brains for a list of easily 'heated' food that is reasonably filling and healthy. This is not for me, this is for a very very busy friend of mine who needs to be able to walk in from work at 9.15 and eat 10 minutes later.
Eggs, I understand, will have to feature heavily, but this is fine. Beef cannot feature, as friend cannnot eat it.
If she's just cooking for herself, then I'd recommend Real Fast Food by Nigel Slater. Does what it says on the tin - and while the book jacket says under 30 mins, a good chunk of them take much less time than that.
