I pretty much hate fruit tooblush I just put loads of extra crumble on so I get lots of the topping and give DH the bit with all the fruit in!

Not sure if toffee might be a bit sickly though?

Could you put some custard at the bottom?

You hate all fruit? Really?

Just make a nice oaty crumble topping, roast a little of it and sprinkle it on ice cream.

Toffee crumble won't work.

Make something else for yourself.

I suddenly get a craving for banoffee crumble, which I'm sure doesn't exist, but sounds good.

Crumble without fruit .. isn't that called a biscuit lol

When I make crumble my husband would be perfectly happy to forego the fruit too.

How about on top of yogurt?

Veg crumble. Some nice seasonal veg, bit of tom juice or passatta; cheese, oats, nuts and/or herbs in crumble. Yum.

Cake crumble?
Baked alaska icecream crumble?

I've done toffee apple crumble - scatter some rock hard toffees through the unsweetened apples and top with crumble.

Toffees melt and goo through the apples - tis gorgeous!

I have made in the past a yummy savory crumble with lamb underneath and wesleydale cheese in the crumble.

It's very good, but maybe not what you are hoping for.

How can you hate ALL fruit? It all tastes different you know wink

We had a lovely afternoon blackberrying and now I am going to go and have some of the resultant apple and blackberry crumble, cold with vanilla ice cream. Oh yum.

Not even raspberries?

no not strawberries and not rasberries, i made dp his apple crumble first ever and he liked it, and i made me crumble which i then sprinkled on custard which was yummy.

On a seperate note a work colleague keeps making me try fruit so the last couple of months i have started eating a teeny tiny bit
