Family food - midweek meal inspiration, lunchbox tips, party food and more
Took 4 pork steaks out of freezer last night to defrost in fridge and they still have icicles on them. If this is still the case at 4pm should I put them in salted water at room temp - is this safe? TIA
I always defrost stubbornly frozen meats in a sealable plastic bag in a sinkful of cold water.
i always do the same sink full of cold water ,it will be ok
