Can I eat this tonight?

Have a packet of cooked seafood selection from sainsburys which I took at of the freezer two days ago and put in fridge - just tore the label, so can't see what it says re thawing out and eating - any advice?

Hmmm. I'm fairly lax (just eaten leftover beef casserole that I cooked last night - beef being a day over the Use By yesterday). But seafood could be risky imo. Although as you say, it's been in the fridge...
