Tried and tested choc fondue please...

Last DD's birthday I just plucked a recipe off t'internet - dear god it was so runny the overexcited 9yr old girls could hardly eat it (but managed to drip vast quantities on my cream rug/curtains).

Has anyone got a good one for this, pretty please my sanity (and soft furnishings ) are at stake here...
