Are there any decent cookery books to help with cooking for toddlers?

Just followed a few links on another recent thread but it seems like there are only a few.

I just want quick, easy recipes that can be rustled up with the kind of food you usually have in your cupboard/fridge/freezer.

Any suggested books?
