Made a chilli yesterday from defrosted beef mince; had a lot left over so put it in the fridge for today. Have just reheated it and used it on a jacket pot.But having eaten half I feel really full - can I reheat again tomorrow or is that too much? What about eating it cold tomorrow is that allowed?Just not keen on waste but also don't want to force this food down my neck when am feeling full!
I would keep it until tomorrow, myself.
I'd reheat tomorrow - goes against all sorts of guidelines except my idea of common sense!
Well I ate it and I lived! Would it be stupid to do it with chicken?
