Stuff my marrows please!

Just got back from holidays and despite picking every single courgette I could see, no matter how small, before leaving, I have returned to find 3 monster marrows on my plants.

The dc eat courgettes with varying degrees of enthusiasm, but have a bit of a thing about marrow (which I love). I plan to stuff at least one marrrow and know you are supposed to use mince but that sounds a bit boring. So any jazzy recipes for stuffing marrows please?

sauteed liver, onions, salami and rice.

Or mince fried with chopped onion and garlic and cumin and cinnamon and peas and rice.

Or couscous with sauteed peppers and raisins

Or kedgeree.

Noooooooooooooooooo! Keep your marrow away from mine! 3 is more than enough. Even though I like marrow, what on earth am I going to do with 3?

OK lentils, I'm listening....

ermmm.
ok, soften onions, garlic for a bit and then add cumin, maybe coriander, turmeric (what ever spices you like). Add cup of lentils and reasonable amount of veggie stock. Simmer until soft and no liquid. Add to marrow. Cook and say 'bleugh, won't follow badkittens invented recipes again!'
