I have been on a 'lifestyle change' issued by the dietician to help me lose weight. I am now bored with the foods I have been eating but I want to continue to lose weight. I am not very adventurous when it comes to cooking so I need HELP.
What do you eat on an 'average' day at the moment? There are so many options it might be easier to try and adjust where you are at the moment rather than start a fresh with foods you haven't cooked before?
Though novelty goes a long way with new diet!!
Some of my favourite healthy, low calories (but most importantly SATISFYING!)meals are all about lean meat (ie. chicken no skin), potatoes (super low calories, natural and filling) and beans (the perfect combo of carbs and protein).
There are so many options with potatoes and beans though and it's keeping the other ingredients low-calorie too that's very important ie. only a little cheese on your jacket and fill it up with baked beans!
