Ive just picked a bowl of Blackberries from the bush in the garden. What can I make with them thats really easy?
Stew them, sugar them and eat them with cream, custard, ice cream or something.
blackberry and apple pie.muffins.yoghurt.ice cream.a smoothiedont ask me how though
Sorry I didnt notice the EASY part! smoothie would be easy though,as would crumble
I just add a generous glug of Creme de Cassis, a touch of icing sugar if they need it, and eat with ice cream or creme fraiche.Have just had a large bowlful. They freeze well if you want to use them for a crumble later in the year (feels like more of an autumn pudding to me).Home-made blackberry ice cream is wonderful stuff too.
muffins or pancakes (if they are not enormous) would be my choice
blackberry muffins are nice.
I made ice cream yesterday and it is absolutely the best thing I have EVER made!I googled for a hand made method and now can't find it to link. SorryIngredients were simple though:castor sugarwaterfruitwhipping cream
