is that the awful quark stuff??

chuck it out if so! :D

...and now being helpful, maybe chuck great dollops of it into some hot pasta with pesto for a quick supper

I'm rather vague about what it is, but in France we kept seeing it on menus usually with a "fruit coulis", if that's any help?

It´s natural, something similar to yoghurt, not quite sure what exactly.. I know some people eat it with just sugar so not surprised about the coulis, sCottish mum! Any other ideas?

is it sweet or just creamy?

i might be tempted to give it a good stir and crack in some eggs and make a quiche filling.

It´s just creamy, could def use a bit for quiche but only just made one.. I suppose pasta sauce would be possible, but this is a HUGE pot!
