iv lots of meat left from yesterdays roast what shall i do other than sandwiches or serving up just another dinner but nothing too tricky any ideas pleeease...

meat in a mincer (or blast quickly in a food processor) with gravy and any chopped veg - I usually put an onion plus any leftover veg from the meal.

Chilli and garlic and coriander and basically whatever you fancy. Mix some mint sauce into some plain yoghurt (or mayonaise) - and serve it on top! YUM
