Spotting a theme here?
I made a wicked cheese sauce, but just cannot bring myself to make it every day for DS. He's finally eating home-cooked stuff, as long as it's encased in cheesy goodness (even fish, woo!)
Hoping I can freeze cheesy mash - I was thinking of making fish pie with sweetcorn or something, with a cheesy mash top in little pots, and freezing it. Assuming this will be OK, but thought i'd better check with those in the know
Macaroni i'm more dubious about, pasta doesn't freeze well does it?
So... can I just make my cheese sauce and freeze that and just whack it over fresh cooked pasta and veg?
Thankee... really would be a major help.
(any other cheese recipe suggestions also gratefully (haha) received)
