MIL has given me a load of green beans straight from the garden. we won't be eating them all in the next few days so I want to freeze them.
I am planning to boil up a big pan of water (no salt). drop them in for about 2 mins - water still boiling - and then leave them to cool and dry before I bag them up and put them in the freezer.
Is this the correct way to do it?
Thanks!
