Saucy chocolate microwave pudding - anyone have a recipe?

My mum used to have a microwave cookbook from 70's that had a fab recipe for a chocolate pudding that you made in the micro all in one dish and when it was cooked it was like a spongy cake with chocolate sauce underneath.

I remember you mixed all the sponge ingredients together in the bowl then sprinkled cocoa, sugar and water over the top then nuked the lot.

Does anyone know how to make something like this?
