Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
Do any of you lovely folks have a recipe for pickl;ing beetroot, ideally with balsamic rather than just regular vinegar?Do I have to salt the beetroot? cook it? roast it? boil the vinegar?Am a pickling novice so any tips would be greatly appreciated as will be trying to do shallots next!
I haven't tried with balsamic, but with normal vingar I just bil and then in the jar with the vinegar.
