Could I put courgette in there?I normally put onions, peppers, and garlic in there but want to jazz it up a little.I've got the beef marinating in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar as we speak.TIA ladies
yes that's fine nice with carrots, broccoli, etc too I bung any veg in. I usually add ginger, chilli, garlic, soy sauce.
Beansprouts, mushrooms, sliced carrots and baby sweetcorn, mangetout etc etc.The pre-prepared packs they do in supermarkets are great as a base, especially if you do it with the fresh egg noodles as well.Make sure the meat is finely cut though, otherwise it's a bugger to eat!
