OK - I have soaked the beans overnight and now it turns out we are off out for tea and so I won't need to use them. How long and how do I store them? Or do I just bin them in that dried beans really aren't that pricey?Serves me right for trying to be organized.
I'd boil them, cook them and then freeze.
what sort of beans. I would fry them with onions and garlic and maybe cumin
I would boil briefly/blanch and then fry with onions, a little black pepper a litlle garlic and may be a hint of cumin.
