What can I do with a lot of raspberries and strawberries?

I can't eat them all, but they will go to waste if I don't do something with them. What can I make with them? There is a big punnet full of raspberries (prob. about 4 cups full), same with strawberries. Does anyone have any ideas? Thankyou

They're both freezable. They don't defrost into a "ready to eat as fresh" form, but can be used in pavlovas, purees etc quite happily.

Freeze them and use as and when for smoothies.

Raspberries freeze much better than strawberries (something to do with rasps having a lower water content)

I would freeze the rasps, then I would put the strawbs in the fridge and eat them all up over the next day or two.

Yes, Eton Mess is a good idea, as is strawbs and clotted cream icecream.

ooh I made strawberry jam yesterday too as they were cheap from the market. Really easy, same amount of fruit to preserving sugar, juice of 1 lemon, boil for 10 mins. Done
