Can I freeze then reheat after defrosted a meal containing Creme Fraiche?

I bought loads of fresh food this week to make slimming world friendly meals with, but due to various things going on we have ended up having a few take-aways/meals out etc, so I'm going to have to make up all the dinners tonight and freeze them so that the food doesnt get wasted.
There are a few pasta dishes with Creme Fraiche in them, is it ok to add it now then freeze, and then reheat once defrosted? Im never sure with cream type products?
Of course I could just leave the creme fraiche out and stir through once reheated, but it often means buying a whole tub and it getting wasted as I only ever need 1tbsp...
