Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
I have 2lbs of asparagus in the fridge. I'm going to eat some of it tonight, but should I make a lemon butter with it? Or just dip it in melted butter, or in a runny yolk, or hollandaise sauce?

if you not veggie, how about making Chicken Fricassee (sp)...that needs a fair bit of asparagus
