What went wrong with my crumble...?

The topping was a bit dusty rather than crunchy.

Used this recipe:

Oat Crumble

* 250g plain flour
* 100g brown sugar
* 100g butter
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 100g rolled oat

more butter and sugar, less flour

half fat to flour to make the crumble

then add the then stir in sugar and oats etc

Okay so..

200g flour
100g butter
100g sugar
100g oats

would be more successful ya think? Cooked at 200C for 20 mins (I think)

should be

i cook slightly lower for slightly longer - 190 for 30 mins (but check after 25)
