Vegetarian cookbook recommendation, please

We're not veggie but would like to eat less meat.

Can anyone recommend a good cookbook that would have recipes to appeal to children, please? Nothing too complex!

anything by Rose Elliott - she does specific children's ones too. Also, I like the Vegetarian Society "New Vegetarian Cook book" by Heather Thomas

I'm always recommending this one I know it looks like a very basic weaning book but it actually has a treasure trove of basic, simple, child friendly, solid family favourites. I can recommend the chestnut rolls!
