In the Nigella express book, here banana and butterscotch muffins say to use 'flour' - I assume she means self-raising... or does she mean plain?
Those self-same muffins turn up on a lot of websites - and none specifies the type of flour! However, usually muffins would use self-raising flour and I'm pretty sure that's your best bet.They sound gorgeous, can I come for tea now
