Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
Please could someone tell me the secret of getting a really nice gravy around the meat rather than and insipid meat juice sauce (hoping that makes sense)
I make a bisto gravy stock (nice & thick) and pour it into the mince, onion & veg mix then leave it to simmer/cook down for about 10 mins before putting the meat into the ovenproof dish
That sounds nice
