Have got some salmon to cook, so was thinking of making fishcakes, with a bit of cod i have aswell. (Unless some has a better suggestion?)The recipe says to cook the fish first. It'll make alot, so should it be ok to freeze half of them?
yes, as long as you are cooking the fish first and then freezing them.
salmon and cod sound lovely together, wish i could make fishcakes but mine always seem to go all crumbly!
