I haven't got any so will just making up extra vegetable stick do or have you any other suggestions please? Stock cupboard fairly well stocked.
Oh heck, all out of wine.Have soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar and lea & perrins. I need the port for the flavour rather than the liquid I am guessing.
Out of those I would use the balsamic vinegar, but not 3 tablespoons, say half that?

I have just seen I only need 4 tbsp of stock so not much liquid needed at all though I am putting in two eggs.
