Family food - midweek meal inspiration, lunchbox tips, party food and more
I tried a new indian takeaway near me last night. The meat was lovely and the flavours really nice but the colours were really lurid. We had luminous lime green mint/yoghurt sauce and the masala sauce was bright red. Do some places use artificial colours? And why? Is it something they do in parts of India or is it really just spices making the colours?
