vegetable and egg rice with sweet potato wedges.....

Do you think this would be ok?

Have yet to do the food shopping and have to cobble something together from the fridge.

I can be fairly sure that ds2 will eat the sweet pot wedgges and pick the peas and carrots out of the rice....he might even try the rice
