Why on god's fine earth would you have any left over to freeze! But yes, I believe you can.
You can indeed. I made about 5000 brownies for my wedding a few years back and froze them all.They were fine when de-frosted. Perhaps not quite as lovely as when just made but then what is when its frozen?
