egg yolks to use up

I have 6 egg yolks left over after various cooking today: does anyone have any ideas?
the only thing I can think of is custard!

wonderful! good link Juwesm. Lemon meringue pie sounds good, but then I would need some more egg whites for the meringue, so I would be back where I started!
Lemon curd is good idea, and I do have lemons. But how do you make lemon curd ice cream?

Spaghetti carbonara. My Italian dp (and ex chef) only uses the yolks in his recipe.

I dunno - make a vanilla and swirl in the lemon curd like a raspberry ripple? I just made it up

Or you could do a sort of lemon Eton Mess with lemon curd and whipped cream and meringue...............

Reality I didn't cook my omelette properly at lunchtime and it was all yellow and runny in the middle....very nice indeedy.

I used two of the whites to make royal icing to ice a cake, and the other four to make meringue for a raspberry and redcurrant pavlova.
