Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
I have 2 bars green and blacks and a bar of caramel, can I melt them together and put on my cake or will it be a disaster! Help! TIA
If you heat up some double cream, and pour it over chopped up chocolate it will make a yummy ganache you could either pour over your cake or leave in fridge and spread over cake, but I'm a novice someoneelse will be along with better ideas
Yummy, have cream. Thanks
You don't need alot of cream I remember thinking that it didn't look enough but it is125 mls of cream to about 200g choc
If you google there are loads of different recipes for ganacheI used the one on here for the white choc mud cake
Thanks, I will. I'm a bit slow today
You can make a lighter ganache by adding natural yogurt to the melted chocolate instead of cream. Very nice, has a bit of a tang to it.Pretty sure you'll have had your cake by now, hope it was nice .
