I have a whole pan of chicken stock and don't know what to do with it... and there's no room in the freezer for it!

How shall I use it up before it goes off?

Make a soup is the most obvious answer.My fave at the moment is sweet potato and butternut squash. Add an onion, some garlic, some oregano, a carrot or two and there you go!

Risotto, great idea

Soup - have got a bit of brocolli, bit of cauli and some carrots. Loads of spuds

If you wanted to freeze it, you could put in in an ice cube tray or several plastic bag

Just to say (prob too obvious I know) that you could boil it down so it takes up less space also.

I made a soup for the dds for their dinner earlier

And am about to start a risotto
