I adore scallops, bought a bag at tesco, don't want to ruin them..need your help !!!
cook them in butter (just a minute or 2 each side they cook fast and when over cooked go rubbery) add a little fresh chopped chilli, chopped fresh tomato and garlic then toss into spagetti. mmmmmm
Cook as oopsacoconut suggests then add to paella, or with a bit of rocket and dip in sweet chilli sauce. Yum scallops.
Chop up some chorizo, fry in a pan, remove, then add the scallops. Fry quickly on each side and serve with some of the chorizo.(just realised, probably too late now, but maybe next time!!)
sounds yummyhave never cooked thembut have them at my local chinese and they are cooked in chilli and garlic and salt and pepper soooooooooooooooo scrummy
