For all fossil-lovers - Trilobite shortbread!

Have just made these, see my profile! (am a regular, just set up this name so my biscuits don't identify my main name in RL)

Got the idea here but I don't have the extruder thingy, so I just made normal shortbread, squished a circular cutter to make an oval, made ridges with a fork then obviously when cooked dipped in melted chocolate and added eyes.
