Made eldeflower cordial (well, it's still infusing), but it's a bit less syrupy than I'd like. Will it go sour or anything weird if I boil it down to reduce it once I've strained it?Ingredients are elderflowers (will be strained out), lots of sugar and lemons and water
Really? No one has any idea? I might try reducing a little bit and see if anything weird happens...
